  • Lead Organizer (on-site) | Part-time | Project Based | $25-$35 hour

    POSITION SUMMARY

    As a Lead Organizer you will plan, manage and execute home organizing projects, including overseeing your organizing team to carryout your plans for the project. Evaluating a client’s current organizing challenge, and developing a plan that honors the clients’ vision, timeline, budget and personality, using the THS Method and process as your guide. Treating each client as an individual with unique needs, values and goals.

    In order to be successful in this role, you will need to truly be passionate about organization, and have a mindset and skill for delivering results through highly efficient processes.

    OBJECTIVES

    • Oversee and direct your team members to ensure that the THS Method is being followed, and the most efficient process is carried out on each job

    • Working directly with the client 1:1 to fulfill the objectives of the project

    • Unpack, sort, edit and organize any and all areas of the interior home of clients (including garages and outdoor storage units or commercial spaces)

    • Shop for organizing supplies and products

    • Scheduling and coordinating services with outside vendors to fully execute client projects

    • Collecting content on every project for use by the marketing department

    • Ensuring all the elements of a project have been covered and executed on time, and in the most efficient and cost effective methods available

    • Assist in the development of the Organizers who work under your direction to ensure the THS Method is being followed effectively.

    • Other duties as assigned

    • Results oriented - Ability to meet deadlines on a regular basis

    • Comfortable working in a clients home, outside of an office environment and not a traditional 9 to 5.

    • Must be highly efficient using strategic methods and processes

    • Flexibility in dealing with ever-changing and fluctuating client schedules and deadlines

    • Strong communication skills and ability to listen more than you speak

    • Detail oriented is a must (including written & verbally)

    • Have a keen eye and appreciation for interior design and creating beautifully organized spaces, not just functional spaces

    • Possess a high level of integrity in all areas of work

    • Possess a high degree of confidentiality and keeping private details about clients personal information confined within the company and pertinent team members only

    • Possess a high level of discretion and not judge or speak poorly of our clients or others while in their home or otherwise

    • Ability to possess and further develop highly personalized communication and relationships with clients so they feel seen, heard and respected

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • GED or high school diploma preferred.

    • No professional organizing experience necessary - we provide paid training on our Method and process.

    • Comfortable using and becoming proficient in technology and online apps to manage projects and perform job tasks

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Able to lift up to 25 lbs on a daily basis.

    • Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.

    • Able to work a physically demanding job on a regular basis

  • Executive Assistant (hybrid) | Part-time | 10-20 hours per week to start | $24-$37 hour

    POSITION SUMMARY

    As an executive assistant, you will be a supportive force who empowers our CEO. Possessing the abilities of a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details.

    Working independently to perform a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties. The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the CEO’s needs.

    To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, personnel and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion.

    OBJECTIVES

    • Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of her daily work routine.

    • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the CEO

    • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings

    • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the appropriate team members

    • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary

    • Maintain various records and documents for company executive

    • Determine priority of matters of attention for the CEO; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.

    • Keep the CEO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.

    • Maintain and refine internal processes companywide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows

    • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that the CEO’s priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld

    • Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.

    • Complete a variety of special projects including creating software presentations, special reports, and agenda material.
